Red Peppers along with fresh tomatoes roasted to perfection with spices and blended in a smooth broth, topped with basil pesto and served with toasted sourdough croutons 

 

Sweet potato, coconut & chilli soup (Ve) 

A quick, tasty & a smooth broth great for Autumn and Winter 

 

 

Starters 

 

Ham hock, pickled carrot & mustard terrine, toasted sourdough 

Slow cooked ham hock with pickled carrots, mustard & parsley, served with sourdough slices 

 

Buffalo Mozzarella & Plum Tomatoes, Balsamic Glaze (V) (GF) 

Buffalo mozzarella & Plum tomatoes layered together and topped with balsamic glaze 

 

Goats cheese & caramelised onion tart, beetroot, and rocket salad 

A flavourful and elegant dish that is mostly relished by all

Beef Fillet, Red Wine Jus & Seasonal Vegetables 

Roasted beef fillet cooked in red wine jus, served with seasonal veg & potato mash 

 

Pan-fried hake, crushed potatoes, lemon and herb butter sauce 

Hake fillets cooked to perfection served with lemon & herb butter sauce and crushed potatoes 

 

Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Risotto, Peas & Sage (Ve) (GF) 

Classic Italian dish cooked al-dente with sweet potato, butternut squash and infused with Sage
